INTEGRAL PSYCHOLOGY
Understand yourself through the holistic lens of Integral psychology

ABOUT MY APPROACH
Integral psychology is a holistic approach to personal and professional life that focuses on the whole person rather than just one specific area. It combines body-based techniques and emotion identification methodologies to create a personalised approach that takes into account the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of the individual.

Woman's circles
Women's circles are safe spaces for women to share their experiences, to hold space for each other, to be heard and given all the attention they deserve.
Sometimes it is enough to know we are not alone.
It is an open space, monthly meetings online.
Let's connect and support each other.

Mentoring
I'm passionate about helping people reach their potential. With an integrated approach to coaching, I use a combination of mentoring, open-ended questioning and guidance to help my clients find their inner power.
My goal is to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves and reach their highest potential. I believe that everyone has the power to reach their dreams.

Integral relationship facilitation
For couples who are able to recognize the fragile places in their relationship and feel called to meet them with greater awareness, I offer a refined and supportive space for transformation. Grounded in Martin Ucik’s 26-module Integral Relationship framework, I invites both partners to explore their connection through the dimensions of body, mind, heart, and spirit, while illuminating essential themes such as communication, attachment, polarity, shadow, sexuality, emotional maturity, and shared purpose. Rather than assigning blame or determining who is right, the process fosters deeper consciousness, personal responsibility, and relational skill. Together, we will gently uncover habitual patterns, clarify unspoken needs, and cultivate a more truthful, compassionate understanding of one another. The aim is both restorative and educational: to preserve what is living and valuable in the relationship while learning how love can evolve through presence, insight, and practice. In this way, challenge becomes a doorway to greater intimacy, resilience, and conscious partnership.

For parents and children.
Emotions are not enemies.
To be intelligent and be able to manage emotions, first one needs to feel, name and make emotions conscious.
-
Can you accept the emotions that is driving your child?
-
Can they express without repercussion whatever emotion is happening to them in the moment?
-
What is an emotion and a feeling?
-
What is their purpose?
-
How to support children at different ages to feel, share and manage emotions?
-
How to say "no" in a supportive way to your child at all ages?
-
What is a tantrum and how to handle it?
-
What happens to our children through teenage years and how best support them (and ourselves)?
Understanding the emotional development of your child gives you the tools to stay in your center and be able to relate to them the most supporting way.
