About the event
Oh those big emotions in those little ones. You can sometimes see how they are struggling to express when they feel... But maybe they do NOT know what they feel? Maybe they do not have the words for it?
When our little one is full of emotions it can be difficult to be calm and present. It might trigger mothers, who sometimes tell me they can not stay present for their children in these situations.
This afternoon is an opportunity to see how emotions are created, to make them conscious, to help you and your little one name them and this way allow emotions to pass, fade away. You will take home a tool for your little one to show their feelings, and practice naming them.
A 2-hour workshop blending games, theater, art, and mindful parenting tools to help children understand their emotions and give moms practical strategies for handling big feelings at home.
