Our course is structured around four core sections, each carefully crafted to guide you through the essential aspects of personal growth and development. We will help you answer the simple but foundational questions: WHO (am I)? WHY (I do) WHAT (I do) and HOW (to do it). 

How to Find My Direction is a course for 8-12 people over 4 months, 60 hours in total.

So the real question is not only “What should I do?”
It’s also: “How do I stay steady, clear, and creative when life keeps changing?”

  • What patterns keep repeating in my choices, relationships, and work?

  • What beliefs have been running my life in the background?

  • When I’m under pressure, what do I do: freeze, overwork, please, control, escape?

  • What do I need to feel safe enough to function well?

WHO — Who I want to become

  • Who am I becoming if I stop living from fear, approval, or survival?

  • What does my life want to grow into — now, not “someday”?

  • What kind of person can stay open and stable in change?

  • What does my body say “yes” to — and what does it say “no” to?

 

WHY — What truly motivates me

  • What actually drives me: meaning, money, recognition, fear, duty, love?

  • What triggers me in the world — and what does it reveal about my values?

  • What have I been postponing for years — and why?

  • What am I afraid of (outside and inside), and how does it shape my decisions?

  • What past experiences still influence how I expect the future to go?

 

WHAT — What I want

  • What do I want my everyday life to feel like?

  • What experiences do I want to live — and with whom?

  • What do I want to contribute, create, or stand for?

  • What are my non-negotiables — and what am I ready to release?

  • What does “direction” look like for me right now, in this season of life?

 

HOW — How I build adaptability + emotional clarity (and make change real)

  • How do I stop collapsing when plans change — and start responding wisely?

  • How do I regulate stress so my brain comes back online and I can choose?

  • When I feel something, can I tell what it is — and what it’s asking for?

  • What is this emotion trying to protect, warn, or guide?

  • How do I take the smallest next step — instead of waiting for certainty?

  • What do I need to learn, practice, or let go of to move forward?

  • How do I build supportive structures instead of relying on willpower?
