Meet the Team

Integral counsellor/Integral reationship Practitioner
Eszter Saródy
I am an integrally informed mother, teacher, counsellor, integral relationship practitioner, guide and coach.
I support teams with values, confidence, self-esteem and strategy, and nowadays I focus on small group settings where genuine interaction, vulnerability and mutual trust can emerge in a world that often lacks honest exchange.
I emphasise the inner compass we all carry in our bodies, helping clients trust their intuition and remember that happiness is available every day through the choices we make.
Believing in full self-responsibility, I know from experience that we are the designers of our lives and that with the right mindset, beliefs and actions everything we imagine can become real, so my mission is to walk beside you—sharing what I’ve learned, keeping you accountable when action is needed, and supporting you step by step as you decide that your better tomorrow starts today.

The guide through your mindful yoga practice
Kateřina Diáková
I am a nature lover, a keen student of life and a researcher of present moment. I studied PhD and worked on academic ground in a field of environmental science and ecology. It fascinates me to try to understand and describe the organic and mineral world around us. But more and more I felt I have to start the understanding from within. That the world and nature processes cannot be only described by an equation and mathematic model but have to be experienced, accepted and loved.
Yoga entered my life around 2010—at first as a way to straighten my aching back and as an appealing acrobatic discipline. Before long, however, it began to lead me deeper. Dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa and Prana Vashya gradually sharpened my awareness of my own body and breath. Over time, I started to slow down, allowing myself to observe the insights and moments of understanding that yoga postures (asanas) bring, guiding me toward greater inner presence and reflection. Yoga is, for me, a playful and spacious field in which I continually discover a path toward harmony. And harmony is an ever-changing point in reality, I fathom.

Your Lomi Lomi massage therapist
Evka Šimakova
I draw inspiration from nature, creativity, dance, and the rhythm of life itself. Working with the body is, for me, a meaningful and grounded meeting — a space where intuition is supported by experience and mindful presence. Each massage unfolds as a personal ritual, guiding you toward release, calm, and a natural return to balance — a moment to settle into your body and simply be.
My intention is to offer care that is attuned to your needs, held with respect, warmth, and full attention. I experience massage as a conscious art of touch, rooted in the body and gently connecting body, mind, and inner space. I warmly welcome you and will support you on your journey toward deep relaxation, steadiness, and renewed harmony.
